Only what you send in the form: name, phone, email (optional), town, chosen service, approximate size, preferred date and your message. The server also stores the time of sending and the site language.
To reply to you, prepare the quote and provide the service you book. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Your consent when you send the form and, if you book, performance of the contract (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
We keep the request for as long as the business relationship lasts and for the applicable legal periods. Data is stored on this website's server and forwarded to the team's internal channel (email and Telegram). It is not shared with third parties unless the law requires it.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to info@windclean.es. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
We use no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics. We only store a technical flag in your browser to remember that you closed the cookie notice.
